Zibin Zhao

I’m a Bioengineering PhD student at HKUST, in Hsing Lab. My research is in molecular diagnostics and computational biology.

I also write code and make small applications. This is where I keep my papers, research tools, and the things I make outside the lab.

CasMD: Tools for preparing protein and nucleic acid molecular dynamics simulations.
Medit: A journal with daily reflection and small grounding exercises.
DL-SELEX: Code for structure-enhanced deep learning in aptamer selection.
